is a speech-language pathologist (SLP) and one of the founding members of the Babble Boot Camp (BBC) research team. She is the SLP who treated all the children in the BBC published research studies. She earned her master’s degree from Washington State University and has been an SLP for 40 years, specializing in early intervention with babies and toddlers and adults with Parkinson’s disease. In addition to working as a research SLP, practicing locally, publishing and presenting nationally and internationally, she is the parent of six daughters and the full-time caregiver for a parent with advanced Alzheimer’s disease.
